Tribal Offices Open Daily From 8am-5pm

The AST Brownfields Programs are innovative and have brought the tribe to the forefront of this emerging redevelopment mechanism.
OEP is currently supervising 3 Brownfields Programs concurrently - this at a time when most tribes have no or at the most 1 or 2 programs.
OEP is in the 3rd year of a 3 year nationally funded competitive site assessment project located at Benson Park Road and Highway 177 in Shawnee/Tecumseh Oklahoma.
With the approval of the Tribe's Brownfields Code, the program will continue to expand the Tribal Brownfields Response Program. The crowning achievement thus far has been the successful application for the first Tribal Brownfields Job Training program within Region 6 of the USEPA.
