Angel Tree Program
The Indian Child Welfare Angel Tree program helps provide Christmas gifts to Absentee Shawnee children and elders. The program is designed to support AST foster children, children in legal guardianship, low income families and Elders 60 years and older. Once an angel has been registered and accepted their Christmas wish list is placed on ICW’s Christmas tree for donors to purchase gifts. The gifts are distributed to the family to place under their Christmas tree.
Angel Tree Participant Requirements:
Must be an enrolled Absentee Shawnee Tribal Member or enrolled with a Federal Recognized Tribe
Must be 0-17 years old or an Elder 60 years and older
Must live within Cleveland, Pottawatomie, and Oklahoma counties
Must not exceed the income requirements:
