General Description

Provides administrative support to the Enrollment Director & staff on all matters.


  • Maintains files, enures papers and documents are placed into appropriate files and conducts audits of files
  • Makes photocopies, faxes documents and performs other clerical functions.
  • Assists or prepares correspondence.
  • Prepares new files.
  • Processes mail
  • Answers phones and transfers to appropriate staff, greets public and directs them to correct staff member
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies
  • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
  • Performs work related errands as requested by Enrollment staff
  • Performs other duties as assigned

education & Qualification requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Business college training an advantage
  • Previous office experience preferred
  • Computer and internet skills including MS office
  • Organization and planning and great written and verbal communication with attention to detail
  •  Knowledge of Laserfiche
  • Must have a valid Oklahoma Drivers License, be able to pass a background and drug test. Native Preference
