General Description

Provides administrative support for internal auditing of the HRMS system and files. Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports and documentations are properly reported and maintained. This position is a temporary part time position with no benefits or leave available.


  • Verifies I-9 documentation and audit current I-9 books  for compliance
  • Transferring data from paper to digital files
  • Auditing HRMS system
  • Audits Oklahoma New Hire Reporting for compliance
  • Audits employment files for accuracies within HR systems and hard files.
  • Audit and verify data from source documents
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
  • Reports and corrects any errors within files.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education & Qualification Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have experience and working knowledge of 32 CFR 701.115 (PPI)
  • Business college training an advantage
  • Previous office experience in HRMS system or MIP modules required
  • Proven experience in highly confidential data entry position
  • Excellent knowledge and execution of Excel tools and spreadsheets
  • Able to lift 40 pounds, stoop and stand for long periods of time, and climb stairs and/or ladders
  • Excellent Computer and internet skills including MS office
  • Organization and planning and great written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
  • Must have a valid Oklahoma Drivers License, be able to pass a High level background check and drug test.
