The purpose of the position is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

Responsibilities |
• Manage and maintain Procurement Department schedule.
• Assists co-workers in guidance of Procurement rules and guidelines
• Communicates with media on needs for public relations activities inclusive of storylines, photo opportunities, etc.

EDUCATION Requirements AND QUALIFICATIONS |
Associate Degree (preferred) and or a minimum of two years of professional or technical administrative experience in business or public administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of qualifying experience for each year of the required education.
Overall experience in office environment.
Physically able to perform required duties (50)LBS
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be dependable.
Must possess a valid Oklahoma Drivers License.
Must be able to pass a background investigation.
