General Description
This position will specialize in finding goods and services for businesses at the best price to ensure the businesses' continued functionality. This will include office supplies, inventory, and large scale purchases like real estate. This position will be responsible for the daily encumbrance, and reconciliation of all company credit cards. 

Responsibilities
  • Assists co-workers in guidance of Procurement rules and guidelines
  • Uses planning and research strategies to procure quality goods and services at a reasonable cost
  • Maintains and ensures proper documentation of purchases for all company credit cards
  • Respond to departments and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations
  • Matches up invoices to correct purchase requisitions to be paid
  • Analyze requisitions, invoices, supply requests and orders on all credit card purchases
  • Track and monitor inventory and needs to determine when to order or purchase new items
  • Encumbers purchase requisitions into the MIP financial software system
  • Tags and maintains computerized inventory of tribal assets
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Procurement Director

EDUCATION Requirements AND QUALIFICATIONS
Native American Preference/EEO/Drug Free /Smoke Free Workplace
  • High School Diploma and 3 years of office experience required.
  • General office skills, computer skills, and the ability to work closely and relate well with fellow employees
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral
  • Must possess attention to detail
  • Physically able to perform required duties lift upto 50 lbs, stoop, bend, or stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be dependable
  • Must possess a valid Oklahoma Driver’s License, be able to pass a background investigation, and be able to pass a drug screen
