General Description

Position is responsible for coordinating travel arrangements. Working in conjunction with the Procurement Director.   Maintain client loyalty program accounts and ensure proper point redemption procedures are followed. Build and maintain relationships with clients to create convenient and affordable travel plans. Work with airline and hotel services to find best rates for customers. Stay apprised of current airline industry rules and regulations and informs clients of changes that may affect them when traveling.


  • Coordinates travel arrangements for all personnel in compliance with GSA and Tribal guidelines
  • Uses planning and research strategies to procure quality goods and services at a reasonable cost
  • Maintains and ensures proper documentation of travel preparations
  • Respond to departments inquiries about changes, or cancellations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Business Office Director

Education Requirements and Qualifications 

Native American Preference/EEO/Drug Free /Smoke Free Workplace
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience with particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position
  • General office skills, computer skills, and the ability to work closely and relate well with fellow employees
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral
  • Must possess attention to detail
  • Must be dependable
  • Must possess a valid Oklahoma Driver’s License, be able to pass a background investigation, and be able to pass a drug screen
