General Description
Reporting to the Agricultural Coordinator, this position involves the performing and carrying out the various tasks necessary to provide and deliver high quality fruit and vegetable corps to market, including but not limited to; pruning, planting, thinning, spraying, mowing harvesting, packing, or processing for the various fruit and vegetable crops.  This position will assist in daily operations of cattle production including birthing, feeding, monitoring and record keeping.
Responsibilities & Duties
Operate trucks of various sizes and weights, with both manual and automatic transmissions, in the loading, hauling and unloading of various equipment, materials, harvest crops, and supplies. 
Operates trucks, tractors and farm or power equipment, such as mowers, sprayers, plows, harrows seeders, spreaders trailers, dump trucks, snowplows, front-end loaders, forklifts. 
Operates chainsaws, mowers, and other small equipment and tools to care for crops and to maintain or adjust equipment.  
Distribute daily cattle feed rations.
Assist in branding and ear tagging of cattle.
Ability to observe cattle and identify any sick animal and determine proper treatment, and assist in cattle vaccinations.
Assists during calving periods as needed.
Maintain cattle data collection and entry.
Oversees and maintains safe working practices; promptly reports all incidents to upper management.  
Enforces employees’ compliance with all safety rules and regulations. 
Performs routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and refers defects or repairs to the supervisor; cleans equipment.  
Performs all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards.  
Perform other duties as assigned.
 Education and Qualifications
High School Graduate or GED Equivalent. 
Preferred Agricultural Degree/Agriculture Experience. 
Effective oral and written communication skills. 
Demonstrate strong leadership skills. 
Deadline and detail orientated. 
Must have a valid Oklahoma Driver’s License. 
Must be able to pass a background check.

Have the ability to endure isolation and limited social contact; 
Have good physical strength and stamina; 
Be independent, responsible and self-disciplined; 
Ability to lift 50lbs. 
Sitting or standing or walking for long period of time; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking hearing and visual acuity.
