Greet clients entering office, direct them to specific destinations. Accept program applications from tribal members and attach all documents. Assist Director with files, scanning of documents. Run errands on tribal grounds, answer phone, copy, fax, log incoming and outgoing mail. Data entry on program files. Microsoft Word, Excel and Laserfiche program. Social Service Director will make all appropriate decisions, approve expenditure and be the initial point of contact for special project participant(s), client files must be maintained and kept current and must be considered private and privileged information.
