The primary purpose of this position is to deliver noon meals by vehicle from the Title VI Building to the elderly in Pottawatomi County. 

responsibilites
  • Delivery of meal services to homebound.
  • Must keep tribal vehicles clean inside and out and in safe driving condition including maintenance on the vehicle.
  • Document paperwork daily.
  • Hand out information and referral service to participants and other residents in the community.
  • Maintain and clean dining facility including wipe down tables, sweep and mop, empty and clean garbage containers. 
  • Other duties as assigned by the Title VI Program Coordinator.

qualifications

Must meet local Health Department requirements for food handlers. Must maintain participant confidentially.

Must be dependable, punctual and display a friendly attitude, willingness to follow instructions and knowledge and observance of safe food handling procedures.

Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Must possess a valid Driver’s License.

Must be able to pass drug screen and criminal background check.
