The vaccinations will be offered at Little Axe Health Center from 5:30PM- 7 PM on:

• Thursday, Oct. 19th

• Thursday, Nov. 2nd

• Thursday, Nov. 16th and;

At the Shawnee Clinic, and Multi-Purpose Building from 5:30 PM- 7 PM on:

• Tuesday, Oct. 17th

• Tuesday, Oct. 24th

• Tuesday, Nov. 14th
