The 477 Programs Intake Clerk will be the critical first step of client engagement including outreach, welcoming clients in a culturally sensitive dignified manner, gathering application data and entering data. The 477 Intake Specialist will assist with general office duties as meeting with participants applying for AST 477 Program Services. The 477 Programs Intake Clerk may also perform program intake, delivery and client interventions. They may also perform work to include, but are not limited to, determination of program eligibility; and resource and referral for services for clients to other departments to assist with employment, education and training activities.
