The After School Program Coordinator oversees the planning, implementation, and operation of two after-school program sites. This position is responsible for program development, staffing coordination, compliance and licensing (as required), enrollment processes, and the creation of operational forms and procedural manuals. The Coordinator provides leadership and guidance to Assistant Managers and staff at each site to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with program goals. The program serves students in Pre-kindergarten through 8th grade and is designed to support youth development and academic success through four core components: 1) Academic success; 2) Homework assistance (tutoring); 3) Enrichment; 4) Nutrition.
