The incumbent will provide direct outpatient clinical therapeutic services, prevention and educational services to children, adolescents, and adults; to include crisis intervention relating to COVID 19.
Responsibilities & Duties
Provides: assessment, orientation, screening/initial intake, develop mutually agreed upon individual and or family treatment, discharge & aftercare planning, and crisis services to meet COVID 19 Finding Hope grant requirements.
Meets with patients to obtain information pertinent to providing outpatient therapeutic services that include screening and assessing prospective patients for COVID 19 behavioral health services and treatment.
Designs a treatment plan tailored to the patient’s individual needs based on knowledge of mental health issues and diagnosis to include treatment modalities that engage COVID 19 Finding Hope grant behavioral health consultations.
Utilizes a combination of individual and group counseling sessions to assist the patient; observe attitudes and readiness for accepting guidance to meet individual treatment plans.
Meets with family members to educate them on the most useful role that they can play in the patient’s treatment process.
Assist with other staff members in prevention/intervention activities for individuals, families, and the community.
Assists with managing the Behavioral Health COVID 19 crisis line.
Maintains Service Encounters in EHR/ Electronic Health Records, on a daily basis. Modifies the patient’s treatment program as appropriate on the basis of Progress.
Documents daily work load, contacts, etc. and will submit a monthly report.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Qualifications:
Must have a Master’s Degree in Psychology or related field from an accredited university as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
At least three years of experience providing therapy and group facilitation.
Must submit to and pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Required to have an OSBI clearance, must not have convictions.
Must possess a valid Oklahoma State Driver’s License.
