COVID-19 & ANTIBODY TESTING
(Please enter the clinic for testing)
For Your Visit Please...
• Wear a mask
• Bring identification
For Antibody Testing...
• Be prepared to have blood drawn
• Those not being tested will not be allowed entry into the clinic
• Testing is available to anyone ages 10&up

In the event of rain or adverse weather, testing will not be conducted.
Testing is open to the public.
