General Description

The ECM Specialist plays a critical role within the ECM Department, providing support and management of ECM applications, with a primary focus on Laserfiche. This position functions as an analyst responsible for analyzing workflows, designing and implementing Laserfiche forms, and managing the electronic content repositories to optimize the operational efficiency of AST departments.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Reviewing, analyzing, and evaluation business systems to design processes that align with the organization’s strategic goals and daily operations.
  • Develop workflows, forms, and business processes to empower departments with better control, reporting, and use of data, metadata, and information within the document management system.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all processes.
  • Collaborate with internal users to identify needs and implement solutions for enhanced Laserfiche functionality.
  • Administer additional Laserfiche components, including Mobile, Quick Fields, and Audit modules.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to user requests, demonstrating a strong focus on customer service and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Build dynamic dashboards and reports to give departments insights into document management system usage, workflow performance, and content analytics.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills, ensuring clear and effective information sharing.
  • Support additional enterprise applications as required.
  • Be available for emergencies or special projects, which may involve working outside of regular business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must adhere to Absentee Shawnee Tribe Personnel Policies and Drug and Alcohol Policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Microsoft/Laserfiche Certifications are a plus.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience in technical analysis, systems analysis, or computer service/repair.
  • 3 years of experience in Systems/Application Administration.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test for pre-employment for the Tribe
  • Must have a valid Oklahoma Driver’s License.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.

    • Work efficiently for extended periods at a computer workstation.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
  • Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, bend or kneel for long periods of time.
  • Sitting or standing or walking for long period of time; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking hearing and visual acuity.
