General Description
Provides administrative support to the HAF program on all matters.
Responsibilities
Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
Responsible for receiving visitors, in person and by phone.
Answer applicant’s questions about policy and procedures; refers to HAF Coordinator as needed.
Provides overall administrative support including maintaining, processing documentation and records.
Compiles and prepares data for reporting
Files papers and documents in to appropriate corresponding files and conducts audits as requested
Monitor and maintain office supplies
Processes Supply Requests and Purchase Orders
Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
Assists with the day-to-day efficient operation of HAF program.
Other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required.
1-2 years of experience in office setting or as an Administrative Assistant.
Data entry/computer skills required.
Excellent telephone and oral communication skills as well as written
Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task.
Must have a valid Oklahoma Drivers License and be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Native American Preference/EOE/Drug Free Workplace
