General Description
The purpose of the position is to provide administrative and financial payment support for the HAF program. This position is to coordinate and ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner utilizing the current accounting processes in place.
  • Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information and calls for the department; as well as take messages or fields/answers routine questions.
  • Responsible for maintaining and balancing the HFA budget.
  • Helps with projects as requested by HFA Coordinator  
  • Performs all other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary
  • Scans accounting entries and attaches them in MIP accounting system
  • Coordinating and paying vendors
Education Requirements and Qualifications
  • Associates Degree (preferred) with a minimum of two years of professional or Accounting experience in business or combination of education and experience, substituting one year of qualifying experience for each year of the education.
  • Must have a valid Oklahoma Driver’s License
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening and criminal background review.
