The File Clerk position is located on the Absentee Shawnee tribal complex in Shawnee, Oklahoma. This position is responsible for administration support within the Lt. Governor’s office.

Responsibilities

  1. Maintain and Organize office files
  2. Organize, create, and maintain purchase orders as needed
  3. Answer incoming calls and take messages, greet visitors and direct them as needed
  4. Receive and Deliver mail and inner office correspondence
  5. Other duties as assigned by Executive Director.
  6. Computer knowledge
This position does not have any access to confidential files, monetary information or handles money, and does not have access to a company vehicle.

Education Requirements and qualifications

Native American Preference/EEO/Drug Free/Smoke Free Workplace
  • High School Diploma.
  • Must be able to complete a negative result on a pre-employment drug test.
