AST 477 Semester Completion Incentive Program Must be an active 477 program participant to receive incentive. INCENTIVE PROGRAM IS ONLY FOR PREKINDERGARTEN TO 12TH GRADE. The AST 477 Semester Completion Incentive Program is designed to encourage and celebrate student success by providing a Gift Card for students who maintain a grade point average (GPA) of 2.0 and above.   Deadline to submit for each term are as follows:  Spring Semester: 5pm on June 30th, 2025 *REPORT CARDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER DEADLINE Eligibility:  Students Pre-K through 5th Grade will receive a $50.00 gift card. 6th-12th Grade will receive a gift card based on Grade Point Average (GPA)  Process: When a report card is received, 477 Youth Case Manager reviews the report card to determine if it is complete and if the student is eligible for the award. The amount for students in grades 6th-12th will depend on the GPA level. The incentive award will be disbursed directly to the eligible student in person or by mail. Gift cards will be ordered in July. Each participant will be called once gifts cards come in. Report cards should be legible with School, Student Info and student grades. AST High School Seniors College Scholarship Entry Form AllNations Bank is providing one (2) $500 scholarships to AST high school seniors. The information you provide below will be used to contact you regarding your entry. You will be notified if your name has been selected and we will schedule a time for you to take a photo to be placed in the AST Newsletter and on the Tribe’s media outlets. The scholarship check will be issued directly to the school the student attends. AST  - Vision Zero - Safer Streets Saves Lives Survey B A C K G R O U N D : The Absentee Shawnee Tribe was awarded a Safe Streets for All (SS4A) planning grant from the United States Department of Transportation for the creation of a Safety Action Plan (SAP). The goal of the SAP is to reduce and eliminate serious injuries and fatal crashes on roadways in the Absentee Shawnee Tribe SAP study area by identifying roadway safety problems and roadway locations with the most significant safety risks.  W E  N E E D  Y O U R  I N P U T ! Spring Break Melokami Youth Camp   OPEN TO ALL YOUTH 6-12th grade, space is limited. Location - Brendle Corner, 19200 E Robinson Street, Norman, OK Date/Time - March 17-21, 2025, 9 am to 4 pm Transportation - Tecumseh, Shawnee area youth will be picked up at the AST Complex at 8:30 SHARP. We will return to the complex at 4:30 Sign-Ups - Youth must be signed up by Friday, March 14.
